Our Director

Ms. Devyani Jaipuria carries forward a legacy built by her parents, Mr. Ravi Jaipuria and Ms. Dhara Jaipuria. With a vision to redefine early childhood education, she fosters independence, creativity and confidence in children.
Beyond MMI, she also leads education and healthcare initiatives, including DPS International, DPS-45 Gurgaon, Dharav High Schools, Cocoon Hospitals, and Cryoviva Stem Cell Banking, inspiring progress across multiple sectors.

With over three decades in early childhood education, my journey has been fuelled by a deep passion for nurturing young minds. Nothing is more rewarding than witnessing the spark of curiosity and the joy of discovery in a child’s eyes.
At MMI, we follow the Montessori Method—an inspiring, child-led approach developed by Dr. Maria Montessori. It empowers children to become confident, independent learners with a strong sense of responsibility and compassion.
